What counts as a message?
A message is any outbound communication sent through Sandesha, including WhatsApp messages, SMS, Telegram messages, RCS messages, and emails. Inbound messages (replies from customers) are free and do not count towards your quota.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore all features and only start paying when you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do unused messages roll over?
Messages do not roll over to the next month on Starter and Pro plans. Business and Enterprise plans include rollover options. Contact our sales team for details.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
If you exceed your monthly message limit, you can purchase additional message packs or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your quota so you're never caught off guard.
